It is the new hot spot and combines good price and nice quality. Owned by the promoters of two reference restaurants in Madrid, Dray Martina and Maricastaña, it has been decorated by the study Madrid in Love. It is placed in a former palace of 1913, that housed first the newspaper El Imparcial, hence the name, then the Alba Cinema and after that an adult cinema.

Near Tirso de Molina, the cuisine is open from breakfast to dinner. Relaxed and contemporary, the highlights are the risotto with mushrooms and truffles, the salmon sashimi and the cochinita pibil tacos. Inside it is cosmopolitan and bright yet sophisticated and delicate: an old floor, original architectural features, Danish lamps, patterned textiles, warm gold, marble and walls that brings to mind the passage of time.

In addition, the space has a small concept store where they sell design and decorative objects, books and magazines, clothing or limited edition accessories, all very gourmet. Furthermore, there is a program of activities: conferences, social gatherings, exhibitions, or meetings of bio producers and bio consumers. Definitely catering matches with culture at El Imparcial.
